【寫法指要】

1）盡管這兩封信均沒有信內(nèi)地址，但信頭卻都很齊全，屬于事務(wù)書信。特別正式的事務(wù)書信要求把信頭和信內(nèi)地址都寫全，一般事務(wù)書信可以不寫信內(nèi)地址。

2）事務(wù)書信是公司與公司，公司與機關(guān)團體，公司或機關(guān)團體對個人寫的書信，屬于正式的信件往來，所以要用正式文體來寫。信文里不能出現(xiàn)縮約形式。
